Sarah Louisignau + The Croft Residency Present:
The Living Pelvis Retreat
RADICAL PELVIC MOVEMENT, MYOFASCIAL RELEASE, AND EMBODIED PLEASURE FOR WOMEN’S PELVIC HEALTH

“The most powerful women I know, still often lose their power when it comes to their pelvis.” – Kimberly Ann Johnson
What To Expect:
– Immerse and Recalibrate in Nature
– Sisterhood, Self Love, and Nourishing Food
– Pelvic Enlivening Movement and Embodiment Practices
Overlooking Beautiful Horton Bay, Lake Charlevoix
This Living Pelvis Retreat will be filled with delicious, nutritious everything.
The focus will be of re-imprinting our living pelvises with pleasure and delight, power and stillness. After many years (and maybe decades) of healing work to come home to ourselves, this weekend will be about celebration of how far we’ve come, and about exploring our full range.
We will enjoy locally sourced, free range organic foods catered with love by Epicure Culinary (plus a Potluck Friday night!)
In a safe container of sisterhood, we will explore practices meant to satisfy the thirst in our bodies to move in a powerful way, with female physiology at the forefront. Sarah will lead movement class each morning on the gorgeous open air deck overlooking Lake Charlevoix, as well as a myofascial release workshop for pelvic health.
There will be plenty of unstructured time built in to wander the beautiful grounds, meet with old growth trees on the property, read, journal, take naps, connect, or receive one-on-one bodywork sessions (at a special retreat rate) with Sarah throughout the weekend.
On Saturday night, we will experience a real treat! Guided Sound Bathing with Caitlin Ludlowe followed by an embodiment practice where we will explore our inner feminine energy together (led by Sarah Lou.)
This weekend will be the perfect come-home-to-yourself portal after a busy and often over-extended summer season.

Sarah Louisignau
Somatic Guide at The Living Pelvis
Hi I’m Sarah Lou and I have been healing and leading other women to heal their living pelvises for over 15 years.
I am passionate about celebration, community support and integration of healing work, because this work can feel very isolating.
In the past few years being back in NoMi, I have had the pleasure to work with many inspiring powerful women, and I am so grateful for your trust and vulnerability!
I want to lead you into an experience that might be at the edges of your comfort zone, but I promise you will leave this retreat feeling more alive and at home in your feminine body and energy than ever before.
The inspiration for this retreat has been gestating for some time, but came bubbling up out of me during my moon time in June this year. It solidified into existence after visiting my friend Caitlin at her partner Ben’s dance residency space, where this retreat will be held. The Croft Residency is nestled amongst old growth forest and spacious fields and overlooks Lake Charlevoix’s Horton Bay.
Oh did I mention, there’s an open air movement deck that has stunning views for our morning practice?! Yes. Also, ecstatic dance under the stars, anyone?
I have hand selected the women I want to go deeper with. You’re it babe! I would be so honored to have your presence with us at this retreat.
love love, Sarah Lou
